About Me
I love helping clients to access deep, fulfilling relationships within themselves and others. I believe we are all wired for meaningful connection, but the experiences we gather throughout life create barriers. These barriers can contribute to patterns of protection, shaping how we relate to others, and making it difficult to experience the ease and flow of truly connected relationships. I help clients explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping to cultivate greater self-awareness, heal wounds, and build the fulfilling, connected relationships we all deserve.
My Specialties
At the PSM Center for Relationships, I support couples to enhance understanding, empathy, and emotionally attuned communication in service of deepening relational connection. My training is in the trauma-informed, integrative modalities of EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Relational Life Therapy.
