Marketing Intern
Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join us in offering psychoeducation and marketing our services to the public. This position offers the opportunity to learn psychological and relational concepts and break them down into educational materials. Depending on your interest in psychology, we are happy to delve more into the conceptual side of this, or it can be a more straightforward marketing position with provided content. We want our internships to align with your interests and facilitate integrating your knowledge with the professional world. You will assist with online &/or offline marketing efforts, including website management, online advertising, social media management, brochure/flyer creation, and campaign analysis.
Key Responsibilities
– Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies for couple therapy, workshops, and groups.
– Help manage and update the website content.
– Assist with online advertising campaigns and SEO efforts.
– Learn and apply analytics tools to track campaign performance.
Qualifications and Skills
– Basic understanding of online marketing concepts.
– Facility with marketing via Facebook and Instagram. Experience with SEO, Squarespace, and/or website optimization would be a plus.
– Facility with Canva, Photoshop, or other image creation tools.
We actively collaborate with universities to offer college credit for this internship. Once you express interest and are selected, we will work with your institution to facilitate the process of obtaining credit and/or compensation for your participation, pending university approval. You may use anything you create as part of your internship for your portfolio.

Mobile Application Developer Intern
Overview
We are seeking a Mobile Application Developer Intern to help us create an app for iPhone and/or Android. You will assist the Coordinator of the PSM Center for Relationships with designing, creating, and releasing a relationship skills app. This can be adapted in complexity depending on your interest and level of skill. We want our internships to align with your interests and facilitate integrating your knowledge with the professional world.
Key Responsibilities
– Take material provided and use to create a mobile app about relationship skills.
– Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications
– Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems
– Learn and apply analytics tools to track campaign performance.
Qualifications and Skills
– Pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field
– Solid understanding of object-oriented programming design & development concepts
– Previous experience with mobile application languages
